Danya Jordan, Co-Founder, CWL
Danya Jordan has over 26 years of nonprofit leadership. She is the founder of Blessings Brokers, a donor development firm for non-profits. Danya is one of 6,000 leaders worldwide to have her Certification as a Fundraising Executive (CFRE). She is a member of The Master’s Program for Women, a Christian Leadership Development Program. She loves to motivate, equip and empower leaders; kayak; spend time in the North Carolina mountains; and laugh with family and friends.
Shannon Reese, Co-Founder, CWL
Shannon Reese is passionate about developing the next generation of Christian leaders. As a Team Lead pastor at Calvary Church of Santa Ana, Shannon equips volunteers and staff to lead well. Shannon serves on the Board of Directors of The Master’s Program which focuses on coaching Christian leaders to leverage their gifts for greater impact. When she’s not writing, mentoring, or teaching, Shannon loves to hike, travel, and cook for her husband and two adult sons.
